Fees and Insurance
Session fees are $140 for individuals and $160 for couples. Cerebro is a preferred provider for Premera, Regence, Aetna, BCBS, and FCH. Insurance will typically not approve couples counseling. At each session the client is responsible for the full fee. A full 48 hour notice is required for no fee. A cancellation after 48 hours you will be charged a $75 late fee. If you no-show for an appointment, you will be responsible for the full fee. Cerebro accepts check, cash, or electronic payment.
Sliding Scale Rates
At Cerebro, we understand that therapy is an integral step towards well-being. Our team is committed to ensuring the accessibility of therapy services for all. Thus, we offer a sliding scale rate policy, allowing individuals of diverse financial circumstances access to quality care.
To ensure that everyone can benefit from this reduced pricing structure, Bridgette and her team limit the number of visits to a maximum of four sessions under this reduced fee structure. After which, the team can then refer you to one of the many community health agencies we partner with.
